Spirit Wear and Team Suit reminder

It is hard to believe the pool will open in only a few more weeks! Here are a few reminders:
Spirit Wear
Click here to place your order. We have extended the deadline. Our store will close on May 14!
Team Suits
Click here to claim your suit. Remember, all swimmers are required to wear a team suit while competing. Little Piranhas do not need to wear a team suit (but can purchase one for picture day, if you wish). This store is scheduled to close May 7, so we can make sure we have the suits in time for our first meet.
Afternoon Practices
We will begin our afternoon (after school) practices on Tuesday, May 30. Please click here to see what time your swimmer needs to attend. Afternoon practices will be held Monday through Thursday (no Friday afternoon practices) until the end of school for WCASD. Morning practices will begin June 16th. If your swimmer is still in school that week, they are excused from practice.
Other Items
We are still in need of a few season-long volunteers!! Please respond to this email if you are interested in helping with any of the following:
- Snack Stand Manager- Maintain, store, and deliver snack inventory for our home meets (The team will provide reimbursement for all purchases)
- Photographer/ Videographer- Take, collect, and store photos and videos of the team throughout the season. Prepare the end of the season slideshow for the banquet.
- Future Parent Board members- Our parent board will be aging out of the team in the next few years and will need to be replaced! There is much to learn, so it is best to start helping now, to learn the ropes. We will need several candidates to help take over!
