This Week In Swimming

Monday- Picture Day

• Please come in your team uniform suit
• Little Piranhas are included!
• Individual/ family group pictures will begin at 8:30 am
• Team picture will begin at 9:00 am
  • If you do not want individual pictures, please arrive by 9 to set up for the team picture
• Place your order online at www.bishopphoto.com using the team code below to get a free 8x10 photo calendar
  • Team code: WCGCC23
  • Order must be placed today, Sunday to receive the free offer
• Print your email receipt and hand it to the photographer
• We will hold our annual Belly Flop Contest immediately following picture day. All are invited to participate and/ or cheer on your teammates!! There will be no regular practice.

Tuesday-

• Morning practices resume
• Home meet vs. Whitford
  • Arrive by 4:15 for warmup
  • Please plan to stick around until the relays to cheer for your teammates!!
  • If weather permits, we will plan to stay and swim following the meet
  • Signing out: Please sign out your swimmers tonight if they are unable to attend Tuesday night's home meet.
    
    • Click on the "Swim Meets" tab
      • Scroll down to June 27, Home vs. Whitford
      • Click on the green "Meet Entry" button
        • Scroll down below your swimmer(s) name(s) and select the "edit" button
        • Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status for each swimmer
        • Don't forget to click the gray "save" button when you are finished
    • If your swimmer will attend this meet, there is no need to update their status. Coaches will assume your swimmers will all attend if they are not signed out
• Please volunteer!

• Away meet at Chester Valley Country Club
  • 430 Swedesford Rd, Malvern
  • Please arrive by 4:45 for warmup
  • Signing out- Please sign out by Tuesday night if your swimmer is unable to attend this meet (see sign out instructions above)
  • Please Volunteer!!!  (see volunteer sign up instructions above)
  • meet will begin promptly at 5:30
  • Please plan to stay until the end of the meet and cheer on your teammates!!

Friday- Morning practices

• Entries for Mini Meet and Senior Meet will be due Friday morning (more details will be sent out soon!
