Chester Valley Mini Meet

When: Saturday, July 6, 2024

Time: Meet starts at 9 am. Warm up time will be announced the day before.

Eligible Swimmers: All swimmers 9 years old and younger. *This is an optional meet whereby alternate age grouping is used to offer those swimmers that have aged up this summer a better chance of winning their races.

Maximum Number of events you can enter: 4

Entry Fee: $13 per swimmer (swimmers who are 6 and under and only wish to participate in one event may pay $6) – 

Entry due date: Tuesday, July 2 @ 11:00 am.

How to enter: 

• Print and complete the entry form attached to this email. Put the swimmer’s name and age on the lines provided. Circle the event(s) they wish to swim in the meet. Place the filled out entry sheet along with the entry money in ONE sealed envelope and turn in during Tuesday's practice. Please hand directly to Coach Sean. Put the swimmer’s name on the front of the sealed envelope and "WCGCC Mini Meet Entries" underneath. Example of labeling the envelope:
