Updates                              

Practice: As of now, we are still planning to hold regular practices tomorrow.  We have people currently assessing the damage sustained to the pool area.  There will be sections of the pool deck that will be off-limits until repairs are completed. Please remind your swimmers to avoid these areas for their own safety. 

We will send out an update if this plan changes.

Mini Meet Entries: With the cancelation of picture day, we have decided to simplify the process for submitting entries for the mini meet.  If you have a swimmer 9 or under, please complete the following survey even if they do not plan to swim in the mini meet on Saturday. It is important that everyone complete this so we can be sure we are not missing any possible entries.

• Please plan to arrive at Chester Valley by 8:00 am on Saturday.  Warmups will begin promptly at 8:15.

Picture Day: We are still working with the photographer to reschedule our picture day. 

Senior Meet: We have canceled the Senior Meet, previously scheduled for Sunday, July 7 at our pool.

Away Meet vs. Concord: Our final dual meet of the season will be held at Concord on Tuesday, July 9.  If your swimmers cannot attend this meet, please be sure to sign them out by Sunday, July 7.

Team Banquet/ Family Fun Night: Please submit your RSVP for our team banquet so we can give an accurate headcount to our chef.
