Monday, June 9: Afternoon practices
A few reminders about practices:
- The pool is closed during practices and meets!
- This means the baby pool is off-limits. Please do not walk through or splash in the baby pool. Please remind younger siblings of this as well.
- Ball playing and/or horseplay is not allowed during practice. Please save any ball playing for your regular open time at the pool.
- We encourage parents and younger siblings to exit the pool gate during practices to allow our swimmers to better concentrate on the coaches' instructions.
- Sign-out is due for this week's meets
- Going forward, the coaches request that all swimmers who are not available for the week's meets sign-out on our website by Sunday night. This goes for both Tuesday and Thursday meets.
- If there are any meets on the calendar that you know your swimmer will not attend, please sign them out asap.
- To sign out, please sign in to your account on our website www.wcgcc.swimtopia.com
- Click on the "Swim Meets" tab
- Scroll down to June 7, Green and White Practice Meet
- Click on the green "Meet Entry" button
- Scroll down below your swimmer(s) name(s) and select the "edit" button
- Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status for each swimmer
- Don't forget to click the gray "save" button when you are finished
- Please repeat this process for June 9, Away vs. White Manor
- If your swimmer will attend this meet, there is no need to update their status. Coaches will assume your swimmers will all attend if they are not signed out.
Tuesday, June 10: Green and White Practice Meet
- This is the time for our team and our staff to prepare for our upcoming dual meets. Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account. Snack bar will remain open for beverage sales only. Our team snack stand will be open for Cash purchases.
- Warm-up: Please plan to arrive at 4:20 and be ready to swim by 4:30.
- We need volunteers!!! This is a great opportunity to try a new job and learn! This meet is informal and will be only our team present!

- Click on the "Swim Meets" tab
- Scroll down to June 11, Green and White practice meet
- Click on the green "Job Signup" button
- If we do not have enough volunteers sign up for this meet, we will need to assign jobs going forward.
Wednesday, June 11
- Afternoon practices
- Green and White meet rain-date
Thursday, June 12: First Dual Meet of the Season!!
Away vs. White Manor: 831 Providence Rd, Malvern, PA 19355
- Warm Up- Please arrive ready to warm up at 4:00. Swimmers should bring their chairs and sit with the team. Look for our green team tent. Keeping the team together makes it easier for the coaches to find our swimmers when it is time to line up.
- Meet will start promptly at 5:30. If you have signed up to volunteer, please be ready to go by 5:15
- Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account.
- Volunteers Needed!! We still have the following positions that need to be filled!
