This Week in Swimming
Today
- Sign out is due today or both meets this week.
- To sign out, please sign in to your account on our website www.wcgcc.swimtopia.com
- Click on the "Swim Meets" tab
- Scroll down to June 17, Home vs. Whitford
- Click on the green "Meet Entry" button
- Scroll down below your swimmer(s) name(s) and select the "edit" button
- Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status for each swimmer
- Don't forget to click the gray "save" button when you are finished
- Please repeat this process for June 19, Home vs. Kennett
- If your swimmer will attend this meet, there is no need to update their status. Coaches will assume your swimmers will all attend if they are not signed out.
Monday, June 16
- Morning practices and Little Piranhas has been cancelled due to mechanical issues with the pool
Tuesday, June 17
- Morning practices begin. Please check our website for practice times.
- A few reminders about practices:
- The pool is closed during practices and meets!
- This means the baby pool is off-limits. Please do not walk through or splash in the baby pool. Please remind younger siblings of this as well.
- Ball playing and/or horseplay is not allowed during practice. Please save any ball playing for your regular open time at the pool.
- We encourage parents and younger siblings to exit the pool gate during practices to allow our swimmers to concentrate on the coaches' instructions.
- Warm Up- Please arrive ready to warm up at 4:00. Swimmers should bring their chairs and sit with the team under our team tent. Keeping the team together makes it easier for the coaches to find our swimmers when it is time to line up.
- Meet will start promptly at 5:30. If you have signed up to volunteer, please be ready to go by 5:15
- Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account.
- Volunteers Needed!! We still have the following positions that need to be filled!
- Scorer (1)
- Timers (3)
- 50/50 Sales
- Snack stand (1)
- parking attendant (2)- must arrive at warmup time

Friday, June 20
- Picture Day!
- All swimmers (including Little Piranhas) should plan to attend and wear your team suit (or plain black)
- Individual and family pictures will begin at 8:30 am
- We will begin setting up our team picture at 9:00 am
- If you do not plan to take individual pictures, you can arrive at 9:00 am for team photo.
- Place your photo orders by using this link and league code WestChesterSwim25
Friday Night: Dive Bar Fundraiser (Adults only)
- Please join us from 8-10:30 pm at our new pool bar.
- We will be auctioning off reserved parking for the pool season!
- Guests are welcome.
- Cash and Venmo donations will be accepted at the event
