Monday, July 7

• Morning practices
  • 8:00 am- 9:00 am: 11 and over
  • 9:00 am- 10:00 am: 10 and Under
  • 10:00 am- 10:30 am: Little Piranhas
• Sign-outs are past due for this week's meets. If your swimmer is not already signed out cannot attend Thursday's meet, please reach out asap.  Coaches are building the lineups today.
  • Wednesday's meet is a continuation of our meet against Concord, previously scheduled for June 26.  We encourage all swimmers who were in our lineup for the original meet to attend, as well as any other available swimmers. Coaches will assume your swimmers will all attend if they are not signed out, even if they were not in the original lineup. If your swimmer is not already signed out and is unable to attend, please reach out asap.

Tuesday, July 8

Wednesday, July 9

• Morning practices
  • 8:00 am- 9:00 am: 11 and over
  • 9:00 am- 10:00 am: 10 and under
  • 10:00 am- 10:30 am: Little Piranhas
• Home vs. Concord
  • Warm Up- Please arrive ready to warm up at 4:00. Swimmers should bring chairs or blankets and sit with the team under our team tent. Keeping the team together makes it easier for the coaches to find our swimmers when it is time to line up.
  • Meet will start promptly at 5:30. If you have signed up to volunteer, please be ready to go by 5:15
  • Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account.
  • Volunteers Needed!! We still have the following positions that need to be filled!
    • Scorer (1)
    • Timers (3)
    • Parking attendant (2)
    • Snack Bar (2)

Thursday, July 10

  • All swimmers are invited to attend and cheer on our youngest swimmers for their last practice of the season
  • Belly Flop Contest: Immediately following the Little Piranhas.  All swimmers (including Little Piranhas) are encouraged to attend and participate
    • Sweet treats will be provided

• Away vs. Chester Valley
  • 430 Swedesford Rd, Malvern, PA 19355

Saturday, July 12

• Team Banquet/ Family Fun Night
  • Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can provide a headcount to the club
  • All team members (Including Little Piranhas) and family members are welcome!
    • If you previously submitted your rsvp and were unable to list other family member guests, you may edit your response to add them now
  • 5:00 pm: We will begin our event at the Club ballroom with dinner and awards presentation
  • 7:00 pm: We will continue our event at the pool with swimming and games.
    • Parents vs. Coaches Relay
    • We need at least 1 team of 4 parents willing to race against our coaches in the relay.  Now is your chance to show your kids how its done!!!

    • Swimmers will also have a chance to build relay teams to swim against coaches

• @ Chester Valley.  
  • Arrive 4:15 pm, warmup time 4:30 pm
• If your swimmer is unable to attend, please sign them out asap, even if they don't usually swim a relay in our dual meets.  Coaches will assume your swimmer(s) will attend if they are not signed out!
