This Week In Swimming

Sunday, June 14

• Sign-outs are due for this week's meets.  If your swimmer is unable to attend either meet this week, they must be signed out on our website by Sunday evening.  This makes it easier for our coaches to build an accurate lineup.
  • To sign out, please sign in to your account on our website www.wcgcc.swimtopia.com
  • Click on the "Swim Meets" tab
    • Scroll down to June 16, Home Vs. Chester Valley or June 18, Home vs. White Manor
    • Click on the green "Meet Entry" button
      • Scroll down below your swimmer(s) name(s) and select the "edit" button
      • Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status for each swimmer
      • Don't forget to click the gray "save" button when you are finished
    • Repeat this process for any meets you know your swimmer will not attend
    • If your swimmer will attend this meet, there is no need to update their status. Coaches will assume your swimmers will all attend if they are not signed out.
    • New This Year: Please use the QR code provided at practice to request the events your swimmer would like to swim.  See Coaches for more information

Monday, June 15

• Morning practices and Little Piranhas begin
  • 9:00 - 10:00 am: 12 and over
  • 10:00 - 11:00 am: 11 and under
  • 11:00 - 11:30 am: Little Piranhas

Tuesday, June 16

• Morning practices (NO Little Piranhas)
• Home meet vs. Chester Valley
  • Please arrive by 4:25 ready to warm-up
  • Bring a chair or blanket and sit with our team.
  • Families should sit in the provided chairs on the other side of the pool
  • This makes it easier for coaches and volunteers to line up swimmers in time for their events.
  • We need volunteers!  The following jobs still need to be filled:
    • Parking attendant (2)

Wednesday, June 17

• Morning practices
• Little Piranhas

Thursday, June 18

• Picture Day!!! (Includes Little Piranhas) 
  • Please arrive at 9:00 am for individual and/or family pictures. We still start lining up at 9:30 am for the team photo. Even if you do not plan to purchase individual photos, please plan to attend for team photo!
  • To order photos:
    Place your order online at www.bishopphoto.com before picture day to receive discount pricing and a free photo calendar!
  • YOUR LEAGUE CODE IS: WestChesterSwim26
  • Print your email receipt to hand to the photographer.

  • Warm Up-Please arrive by 4:25 ready to warm-up
  • Bring a chair or blanket and sit with our team. Keeping the team together makes it easier for the coaches to find our swimmers when it is time to line up. Families should plan to sit in the provided chairs on the other side of the pool.
  • Meet will start promptly at 5:30. If you have signed up to volunteer, please be ready to go by 5:15
  • Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account.
