Congratulations on Thursday's win against White Manor!!!

In previous years, we have had 2 invitational meets; Mini Meet and Senior Meet.  This year the league has decided to combine both into one event, The Hay Invitational meet.  

• Saturday, June 27th, 2026 9:00AM at Chester Valley
  • Our warmup time is 8:10 am (subject to change based on enrollment numbers)
    • If your swimmer signs up to participate, please be prompt.
• This is an invitational meet, which means you must register to participate.  You do not need to sign out if you are unable to attend.  Coaches will only put registered swimmers in the lineup.
• To register and choose your events, please fill out the form by clicking this link. Register each swimmer separately.  
• All forms are due by Tuesday (June 23) at midnight.  This is a hard deadline, as the league is unable to add any swimmers once the lineup is submitted.
• $12 registration fee is due for each swimmer.  Please bring cash in an envelope and hand directly to a coach at Tuesday night's meet, or Wednesday's practice.
• Breakfast foods, snacks and beverages will be available during the meet
• Volunteers:
  • Each team is required to provide at least 2 timers and a heat tent parent.  Please sign up to help.
