Today: Sign out is due for this week's meets! Please remember to sign out your swimmer TONIGHT if they are unable to attend either of this week's meets.

• To sign out, please sign in to your account on our website www.wcgcc.swimtopia.com
• Click on the "Swim Meets" tab
  • Scroll down to June 23, Away vs. Whitford or June 25, Away vs. Kennett
  • Click on the green "Meet Entry" button
  • Scroll down below your swimmer(s) name(s) and select the "edit" button
  • Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate status for each swimmer
  • Don't forget to click the gray "save" button when you are finished
  • Signing out is extremely important! If a swimmer is not signed out and does not show up for a meet, it creates a hole in our lineup and may cause other swimmers to lose the opportunity to swim in a relay.

  • To register and choose your events, please fill out the form by clicking this link. Register each swimmer separately.
  • Please hand payment directly to the coaches at Tuesday night's meet or Wednesday's practice.
  • No late registrations can be accepted 
• Away vs. Whitford
  • 600 Whitford Hills Rd, Exton
  • Please arrive by 4:45 ready to warm up.  Bring a chair or blanket and plan to sit with our team.
  • Meet will start promptly at 5:30. If you have signed up to volunteer, please be ready to go by 5:15
  • Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account.
  • Volunteers Needed!! We still have the following positions that need to be filled!

  • If your swimmer signs up to swim, please arrive, check in with coaches and ready to swim by 8:15 am.
  • Look for our green team tents and sit with the team.
  • Volunteers Needed!! We still have the following positions that need to be filled! If your swimmer is registered to swim, please volunteer.
