• Little Piranhas Mini Meet/ Belly Flop Contest
  • 11:00 am (All swimmers are encouraged to attend)
  • Cheer on our littlest swimmers as they swim across the pool for their final Little Piranhas session
    • Sweet treats will be provided
  • Afterward, stick around for the Belly Flop Contest!!
• Away vs. Concord
  • 1601 Wilmington Pike, West Chester
  • Please arrive by 4:45 ready to warm up. Bring a chair or blanket and plan to sit with our team.
  • Meet will start promptly at 5:30. If you have signed up to volunteer, please be ready to go by 5:15
  • Dinner buffet will be available to be charged to your club account.
  • Volunteers Needed!! We still have the following positions that need to be filled!

Wednesday, July 8

• Morning practices
• RSVP is due for Team Banquet/ Family Fun Night
  • Click on the "Swim Meets" tab on the website, scroll down to "Team Banquet" and select the green "RSVP" button.  Make sure you are signed in to the website.

Thursday, July 9

• Morning practices
• Championship entries due at noon (see info below)
• Sign Out for Relay Championships due (see info below)

Friday, July 10

Saturday, July 11

• Team Banquet/ Family Fun Night
  • 5:00 pm- Ballroom We will begin our banquet with a dinner buffet and awards presentation. We plan to hand out team gifts during this time.
  • 7:30 pm- 10:30 pm- Pool We will continue our party at the pool for a night of games, swimming, and movie night!
    • Sign up for parent vs coaches relay when you rsvp for the banquet!

Championship Week

Monday, July 13- Relay Champs

• 9:00 am (8:20 am warm-up) Chester Valley Country Club
• We will assume your swimmer will attend and swim unless they are SIGNED OUT, even if they do not usually swim in a relay
  • This is important!  If your swimmer is not signed out, they will be placed in a relay group with 3 other swimmers.  Failure to attend will impact the other members of your relay, causing them to be unable to swim
  • This does not include Little Piranhas.  If you are unsure if your swimmer needs to attend, please reach out to us asap.

Meet Entries (Time Trials) 

• This is an optional meet, entries are required. 
• Click here to register your swimmer 
  • Entries are due by Noon on Thursday
  • No need to sign-out.  If your swimmer is not registered, they will not be added to the lineup.
• Swimmers age 10 and under will have Time Trials at our pool on Thursday, July 16 at 9:00 am (warmup time 7:20 am)
• Swimmers age 11 and over will have Time Trials at Kennett on Friday, July 17 at 9:00 am (warmup time 8:00 am)
• If your swimmer finishes in the top 12 in their event, they will be expected to attend Championships/ Finals at Whitford on Saturday, July 18 at 9:00 am (warmup time 7:30 am)
• If your swimmer participates in any of these events, please plan to volunteer.  

Other Reminders:

• Contribute to Coaches' Fund
  • Cash or check to Tiffany Boden during Tuesday's meet
  • Venmo @Tiffany-Boden-1
  • Our gift will be presented to our coaches during the banquet
• Team suit purchases:  If you purchased a new suit this year and have not yet paid for it, billing emails will be sent out this week.  Thank you for your patience!
• Spirit Wear store will close July 11. Click here to order.  Items will be shipped directly to your home.
