It is extremely important that our attendance is accurate. Right now, we have 53 swimmers marked as attending, which would be an outstanding turnout. However, as we've seen throughout the season, last-minute changes have been common. For a large league meet like Relay Championships, those changes make it very difficult to organize relays and prepare our swimmers.

When swimmers are not signed out in advance, we are forced to make numerous relay changes on the day of the meet. This not only creates unnecessary stress for the coaches and swimmers, but it also reflects poorly on our team and makes us appear disorganized.

If your swimmer will not be attending, please sign them out as soon as possible so the coaches can create relay lineups and focus on coaching instead of making last-minute adjustments.

Monday, July 13 – Relay Championships

Location: Chester Valley Country Club

Meet Start: 9:00 AM

Warm-ups: 8:20 AM

We will assume your swimmer is attending and available to swim unless they are SIGNED OUT, even if they do not usually swim in a relay.

This is very important. If your swimmer is not signed out, they will be placed on a relay team with three other swimmers. If they do not attend, it directly impacts their teammates and may prevent the relay from competing.
